Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Repeal Act 2016
An Act to repeal the Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Act 2003 and to consequentially amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
This is the Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Repeal Act 2016.
This Act comes into operation as follows —
(a)Part 1 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b)the rest of the Act — on the day after that day.
Part 2 — Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Act 2003 repealed
3.Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Act 2003 repealed
The Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Act 2003 is repealed.
Part 3 — Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 amended
This Part amends the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007.
Delete section 4(2)(e).
