5. Objection to application
(1) At any time within 7 days of the publication of a notice under regulation 4(3) a person may lodge with the Registrar a written objection to the granting of the application on the ground that the applicant is not a fit and proper person to be an industrial agent because of the criminal record of the applicant or of an officer of the body making the application.
(2) An objection under subregulation (1) is to ¾
(a) specify the name and address of the objector;
(b) contain particulars of the grounds on which the objector objects to the application; and
(c) information in support of the grounds of objection.
(3) The Registrar is to give the applicant a copy of any objection made to the application.
