3 Interpretation

3. Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears ¾

}Authority~ means the chief executive officer;

}Code~ means the Uniform Shipping Laws Code adopted by the Marine and Ports Council of Australia and published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 11 May 1981.
