(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the Commission shall review an exemption granted to a public authority under section 21 of the Act as provided in the exemption.

(2) The Commission may review an exemption granted to a public authority under section 21 of the Act at any time where the Commission is of the opinion that a review is required.

(3) In reviewing an exemption granted to a public authority under section 21 of the Act the Commission shall consider the effectiveness of any supply management business plan provided to the Commission by the public authority under regulation 3.
