NOTICE is hereby given that His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor and Administrator in Executive Council has been pleased to approve of by-laws for limiting the height of obstructions at corners of streets, roads, or rights-of-way under the provisions of section 31 of the Town Planning and Development Act 1928 (as amended) as set out in the Schedule hereunder.
