(a) On the marriage of a female stockholder, her name and description shall be altered in the stock ledger with respect to stock standing in her name solely or jointly after lodgment with the Registrar of a request in the form approved by the Board, signed by her, stating in full the name of her husband and setting forth the particulars of the stock in respect of which it is desired to have the alteration made.

(b) The stockholder shall, if so required by the Registrar, lodge with the Registrar for inspection her marriage certificate or a certified copy of such marriage certificate together with such proof as the Registrar may reasonably require.
