21. Industrial agent taken to be registered
(1) A person who is registered as an industrial agent under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and who has elected, at the time of that registration to be registered as an industrial agent is, subject to subregulation (3), taken to be registered as an industrial agent under these regulations for the purposes of section 101A of the Act.
(2) A complaint against a person taken to be registered as an industrial agent under subregulation (1) may be lodged and dealt with under these regulations as if the person were registered under these regulations for the purposes of section 101A of the Act.
(3) A person who is taken to be registered as an industrial agent under subregulation (1) ceases to be taken to be so registered if ¾
(a) the person ceases to be registered as an industrial agent under the Industrial Relations Act 1979; or
(b) the registration of that person as an industrial agent is cancelled under these regulations.
