(1) There shall be appointed a Registrar of Land Valuation Appeals and there may be appointed such other Land Valuation Appeals officers as are necessary for the proper functioning of the Tribunals.

(2) The officers shall be appointed and shall hold office subject to and in accordance with Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.

(3) The officers may hold office as such in conjunction with any other office in the Public Service of the State.
