Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline Act 1997
An Act to provide for
¾
·
the disposal of a pipeline system belonging to the Gas Corporation;
·
the assignment of things to give effect to the disposal;
·
the holding of a State land corridor;
·
rights of access to the capacity of the system to transport gas,
and for related matters.
