15. Exclusive jurisdiction of Supreme Court Judge in murder cases
(1) Where a defendant is in custody for wilful murder or murder, the power to grant bail shall be exercised only by a Judge of the Supreme Court, or in the case of a defendant who is a child by a Judge of the Children's Court, except ¾
(a) where section 31 (2) (d) applies; or
(b) to the extent that the Full Court or the Court of Criminal Appeal exercises its powers under Part A of Schedule 1.
