(1) The Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 is amended in Part 3 of Schedule V ¾

(a) by deleting the item commencing ''The Inventions Advisory committee''; and

(b) in the item commencing ''The Western Australian Technology and Industry Advisory Council'' by deleting ''the Technology and Industry Development Act 1983. '' and substituting the following ¾

the Industry and Technology Development Act 1998.

(4) Matter is exempt matter if it is matter of a kind mentioned in section 29 (3) of the Industry and Technology Development Act 1998.
