9. Liquor Licensing (Moratorium) Act 1983 not to apply to certain applications under Liquor Act 1970
(1) The Liquor Licensing (Moratorium) Act 1983 does not apply to or in relation to a notice of application, or to an application, for the grant of a licence under the Liquor Act 1970 lodged or made by a casino licensee in respect of premises within the Site as defined by the Agreement.
