60. Accused and surety to notify any change of address
Where ¾
(a) an accused who has been released on bail; or
(b) a surety,
changes his place of residence, employment, or business from that appearing on his bail undertaking or surety undertaking he shall forthwith, in writing, notify details of the change to the registrar of the court before which, at the time when the change occurs, the accused is required to appear, and if without reasonable cause he fails to do so he commits an offence.
Penalty: $1 000.
