88. Property liable to execution
(1) Subject to this section, all property belonging to any person or body bound by any judgment, order, or direction of the Court, including, in the case of an organisation or association, property held by trustees for such organisation or association, shall be available in or towards the satisfaction of the judgment, order, or direction.
(2) Where the property of an organisation or association is insufficient to satisfy fully the amount due under a judgment, order, or direction of the Court, the members of the organisation or the members of any organisation represented on the association, as the case may be, shall be jointly and severally liable for the deficiency, but no member shall be liable for more than $20 under this subsection.
(3) All goods protected from seizure on an execution under a judgment of a Local Court are protected against seizure under this Act to the extent to which such goods are from time to time protected from such seizure under the Local Courts Act 1904.
(4) The Court or the Presiding Judge may, on the application of the person or body entitled to claim the enforcement of a judgment, order, or direction, make such order or give such directions, or both, as are considered necessary, and any such order or direction, or both, shall have effect accordingly.
