Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984








An Act to promote and improve standards for occupational safety and health, to establish the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health, to provide for a tribunal for the determination of certain matters and claims, to facilitate the co-ordination of the administration of the laws relating to occupational safety and health and for incidental and other purposes.
