59. Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

The Public Sector Management Act 1994 is amended as follows:

(a) by repealing section 20(1);

⁴ Repealed by the Meat Industry Legislation (Amendment and Repeal) Act 1993.

⁵ The amendment that would have been effected by the Western Australian Greyhound Racing Association Amendment Act 1998 s. 20 did not come into operation because of an error in the reference to the provision to be amended.

⁶ On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the Financial Administration Legislation Amendment Act 2005 s. 43, had not come into operation. It reads as follows:

43. Public Sector Management Act 1994 amended

(1) The amendments in this section are to the Public Sector Management Act 1994.

(2) Section 31(1)(a) is amended by deleting }section 62~ and inserting instead ¾

} section 66 ~.

⁷ On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the Electricity Corporations Act 2005 s. 139, which gives effect to Sch. 5 Div. 12 had not come into operation. It reads as follows:

51. The Act amended

The amendments in this Division are to the Public Sector Management Act 1994.

52. Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 item 21 is deleted and the following item is inserted instead ¾

}

21. A body established by section 4(1) of the Electricity Corporations Act 2005, namely ¾
(i) the Electricity Generation Corporation;
(ii) the Electricity Networks Corporation;
(iii) the Electricity Retail Corporation; and
(iv) the Regional Power Corporation.
