Land Valuation Tribunals Act 1978
An Act to provide for the establishment of Land Valuation Tribunals and to define the jurisdiction, powers and procedures of such Tribunals and for other purposes.
[Assented to 20 October 1978.]
Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
