Soil and Land Conservation Council (Remuneration of Members) Regulations 1991

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Soil and Land Conservation Council (Remuneration of Members) Regulations 1991.

2.Commencement

These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the Soil and Land Conservation Amendment Act 1990 comes into operation.

3.Remuneration

For the purposes of section 10(1) of the Act, the remuneration to be received by each member of the Council is the remuneration (if any) determined from time to time by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner, for that member.

4.Travelling allowances

For the purposes of section 10(1) of the Act, the travelling allowances to be received by each member of the Council are the travelling allowances determined from time to time by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner, for that member.
