Conservation and Land Management Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2023
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on 27 October 2023.
These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002.
In regulation 101 delete “Geikie Gorge” and insert:
Danggu (Geikie Gorge)
Note: The heading to amended regulation 101 is to read:

In regulation 115(3)(c)(iii):
(a)delete “Tunnel Creek” and insert:
