Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.
Part 2 — Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 amended
This Part amends the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007.

In regulation 135I(2)(e)(v) delete “$4 645.00.” and insert:

Part 6 — Mines Safety and Inspection Levy Regulations 2010 amended
This Part amends the Mines Safety and Inspection Levy Regulations 2010.
In regulation 8 in the description of the variable “R” delete paragraphs (a) to (i) and insert:
(a)for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2020 and ends on or before 30 June 2024 — $0.17;
(b)for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2024 — $0.16.
Part 7 — Mining Regulations 1981 amended
This Part amends the Mining Regulations 1981.
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:
