Made under the Criminal Investigation Amendment (Protection of Law Enforcement Animals) Act 2024 section 2(b) by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Criminal Investigation Amendment (Protection of Law Enforcement Animals) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Criminal Investigation Amendment (Protection of Law Enforcement Animals) Act 2024, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 15 July 2024.
