Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010

Prohibited Behaviour Orders Amendment Regulations 2024

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Amendment Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 15 July 2024.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Regulations 2011.

4.Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 in the Table relating to The Criminal Code:

(a)after the row relating to section 318 insert:

 

s. 318B

Assault on retail workers

 

(b)in the row relating to section 378 (2nd occurrence) delete the words “on conviction for which a summary conviction penalty is imposed under The Criminal Code section 426(4)”.
