Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2025

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations 2007.

4.Regulation 47 amended

After regulation 47(3) insert:

(4)In relation to Reserve 48325 delete “Lot 13949 on Deposited Plan 27474 and Lot 14082 on Deposited Plan 26651” and insert:

Lot 13949 on Deposited Plan 27474, Lot 14082 on Deposited Plan 26651 and Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 427718
