Planning and Development (Part 11B Fees) Amendment Notice 2025

Made by the Minister under section 171ZC of the Act.

1.Citation

This notice is the Planning and Development (Part 11B Fees) Amendment Notice 2025.

2.Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the notice — on 1 July 2025.

3.Notice amended

This notice amends the Planning and Development (Part 11B Fees) Notice 2024.

4.Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:
