This notice is the Therapeutic Goods (Legislative Instruments) Notice (No. 15) 2025.

2.Notice of publication

The following therapeutic legislative instruments have been made and published on the Federal Register of Legislation website www.legislation.gov.au:

1.Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (Testing of Goods and Other Measures) Regulations 2025

2.Therapeutic Goods (Poisons Standard–October 2025) Instrument 2025

3.Therapeutic Goods (Information Specification–Testing of Goods) Instrument 2025

Note:

The above therapeutic legislative instruments apply as a law of the State under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 10(1) (subject to section 10(2) of that Act). The above instruments may not have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 11 or may cease to have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 13.
