Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Application (Amending Act) Proclamation 2025.

2.Effect of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (Qld) (Act s. 9(1))

For the purposes of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Application Act 2024 Part 2, the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (Qld) has effect.

3.Commencement of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (Qld) Pt. 1 (Act s. 9(2))

Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Application Act 2024 section 9(2), Part 1 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 (Qld) comes into operation for the purposes of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Application Act 2024 Part 2 on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
