Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012.

4.Regulation 201 amended

In regulation 201(e) delete “Administrative Appeals Tribunal” and insert:

 

Administrative Review Tribunal

 

5.Regulation 209 amended

In regulation 209(e):

(a)in subparagraph (i) delete “Administrative Appeals Tribunal” and insert:

 

Administrative Review Tribunal

 

(b)in subparagraph (ii) delete “Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975” and insert:

 

Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cth)

 

6.Regulation 223 amended

In regulation 223(g):

(a)in subparagraph (i) delete “Administrative Appeals Tribunal” and insert:

 

Administrative Review Tribunal

 

(b)in subparagraph (ii) delete “Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975” and insert:

 

Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cth)
