Parliamentary Buildings Site Reserve Act 1965
An Act to make provision for the Excision of Portions of Reserve A (Perth Town Lot H55, Parliament House Site), for the Disposition of those Portions, and for other incidental purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Buildings Site Reserve Act 1965.
Reserve A↑1162 being Perth Town Lot H55, set apart for the purpose of “Parliamentary Buildings”, is hereby amended by excising therefrom those portions, containing three acres nineteen and six-tenths perches, now surveyed as Perth Lots 834 and 836 and as shown and delineated on Lands and Surveys 3 Original Plan No.10063, with the intention that the land so excised be included in the Mitchell Freeway and ancillary road widenings for which authority is hereby given.
The Parliament House Site Permanent Reserve (A↑1162) Act, 1956-1964, is repealed.
