Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulations 1966

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulations 1966 1.

2.Interpretation

In these regulations, “the Act” means the Petroleum Products Subsidy Act 1965.

3.Claim for payment (section 7)

For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, a claim, by a registered distributor of petroleum products, for payment under the Act shall —

(a)be made on a form supplied for the purpose by an authorised officer;

(b)include the information required by the form;

(c)be signed by the distributor or by a person authorised by the distributor;

(d)be accompanied by a summary of the sales of eligible petroleum products to which the claim relates; and

(e)be sent by post to, or lodged with, the Office of the Regional Director, AusIndustry, Department of Industry Science and Resources in Brisbane.
