Reserves (Neerabup National Park) Act 2000
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Reserves (Neerabup National Park) Act 2000.
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
3.Reserve No. 27575 in the City of Wanneroo
(1)Reserve No. 27575, classified as of Class A, comprising about 1 059.848 4 hectares set apart for “National Park” and vested in the National Parks and Nature Conservation Authority, is amended by excising an area of 122.549 4 hectares, shown coloured pink on Statutory Services Plans 21243, 21244 and 21245, so that the reserve comprises about 937.299 0 hectares.
(2)The Statutory Services Plans referred to in subsection (1) are held in the Graphic Bank within the Department of Land Administration 2.
(3)The Registrar is to take such measures as are necessary to register the amendment effected by subsection (1), and for that purpose this Act may be treated as if it were an order.
(4)In this section —
order has the same meaning as in the Land Administration Act 1997;
Registrar has the same meaning as in the Land Administration Act 1997.
