An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Account a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2010 under the authority of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2010.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This is the Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Recurrent 2009-10 (Supplementary) Act 2011.
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation as follows —
(a) sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b) the rest of the Act — on the day after that day.
3. A
The sum of $820 365 527, being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made for the year ended 30 June 2010 under the authority of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2010 and charged to the Consolidated Account under the Financial Management Act 2006, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
