Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act 2014
An Act to amend the statute law by repealing or amending various enactments.
[Assented to 2 July 2014]
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
This is the Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act 2014.
This Act comes into operation as follows —
(a)sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b)the rest of the Act — on a day fixed by proclamation, and different days may be fixed for different provisions.
3.Year 2000 Information Disclosure Act 1999 repealed
The Year 2000 Information Disclosure Act 1999 is repealed.

40.State Superannuation Act 2000 amended
