Stock Jobbing (Application) Act 1969
An Act to terminate the application in the State of certain Imperial Acts.
Be it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follow —
This Act may be cited as the Stock Jobbing (Application) Act 1969 1.
This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of July 1968. 1.
3.Certain Imperial Acts to cease to apply
The provisions of the Imperial Acts, 7 George II c. 8 and 10 George II c. 8 cease to apply in the State.
