Electricity Corporations (Transitional) Regulations 2006
These regulations are the Electricity Corporations (Transitional) Regulations 2006.
These regulations come into operation on 1 April 2006.
In these regulations —
WPC means Western Power Corporation as constituted under the Act section 188.
4.Function relating to unallocated assets and liabilities
It is a function of WPC to do any thing that the Minister requires WPC to do for the purpose of —
(a)dealing with an asset or right; or
(b)discharging a liability,
to which the Act section 169 applies.
