Evidence (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2005
These regulations are the Evidence (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2005.
These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette, or the day on which the Evidence Amendment Act 2004 section 4 comes into operation, whichever is the later.

4.Authorised officer (section 50B)
The the office of the chief executive of public pathology services for Western Australia employed or engaged under section 19 of the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927 is prescribed as an authorised officer for the purposes of the definition of that term in section 50B(1).
