WESTERN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor has approved of the following By‑law made by the Commissioner of Railways in pursuance of powers conferred on him by “The Government Railways Act 1904”: —

75.Auction Sales on Railway Premises

No person shall, without the written permission of the Commissioner or some other officer authorised by the Commissioner in this behalf, conduct any auction sale or cause or authorise any such sale to be conducted on any part of any “Railway” as defined in “The Government Railways Act 1904.” Any person contravening this By‑law shall be liable on summary conviction to a penalty of $200.
