(Aiding and Abetting Offenders, etc.)
IT is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor in Council has been pleased to approve of the following By-law, which shall have effect from the 21st day of September, 1937: —
86.Aiding and Abetting Offenders, etc.
Any person who counsels or procures another or aids or abets another in committing a breach of any of these By-laws commits an offence and shall be liable to the same penalty as if he himself had committed a breach of the By-law.
