Industry and Technology Development Regulations 1998

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Industry and Technology Development Regulations 1998 1.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the same day as the Industry and Technology Development Act 1998 comes into operation 1.

3.Section 11(2) — prescribed amount

The maximum amount prescribed for the purposes of section 11(2) of the Act is $10 000.
