These regulations may be cited as the PathCentre (Common Seal) Regulations 1995 1.
These regulations come into operation on 10 April 1995.
In these regulations unless the contrary intention appears —
“agency board” means the agency board by which PathCentre is constituted;
“common seal” means the common seal of PathCentre;
“PathCentre” means the agency established under section 7B(1) of the Act under the name “The Western Australian Centre for Pathology and Medical Research”.
The common seal shall be in the form of 2 concentric circles containing the words “The Western Australian Centre for Pathology and Medical Research” between the circles.
The common seal may be affixed to all documents and classes of documents that the agency board has authorised to be sealed with the common seal.
A document is duly executed by PathCentre if the common seal is affixed to the document in the presence of 2 members of the agency board and if both of those members sign the document to attest that the common seal was so affixed.
