Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Regulations 2016
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Act 2016 Part 6 comes into operation.
For the purposes of section 43(2) of the Act, the amount specified in Column 2 of the Table opposite a financial year specified in Column 1 is the prescribed amount for that financial year.
