Part 1 — Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agricultural Chemical Record Keeping) Regulations 2020.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the 28th day after that day.

[Parts 2-3 have not come into operation.]
