THE undermentioned Regulations made under the provisions of the Mining Act 1904, and amended from time to time up to and including the 1st May, 1969, are reprinted as so amended pursuant to the Reprinting of Regulations Act 1954, by authority of the Minister for Justice.

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Coal Mines Advisory Board Regulations 1953.

2.Board fees

The fees payable to the members of the Board, other than the Chairman shall be at the rate of six dollars thirty cents ($6.30) for each sitting of the Board.
