Health Services (Health Service Providers) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2023
Made by the Minister.
This order comes into operation as follows —
(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the order — on 11 September 2023.
This order amends the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016.
In clause 8(1):
(a)in paragraph (c) delete “public health services” and insert:
