Water Agencies (Entry Warrant) Regulations 1985
These regulations may be cited as the Water Agencies (Entry Warrant) Regulations 1985 1.
[Regulation 1 amended in Gazette 29 Dec 1995 p. 6300.]
A warrant for the purposes of section 72(6) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 1 in the Schedule.

WHEREAS it has been shown to the satisfaction of me

*(f)a notice cannot be served under the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 without undue delay or difficulty.
