Water Corporation (Authorised Capital) Regulations 1997

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Water Corporation (Authorised Capital) Regulations 1997 1.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

3.Authorised capital

The authorised capital of the corporation is $1 000 and comprises one share with a nominal value of that amount.
