1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Water Services Coordination Regulations 1996 1.

2.Fees prescribed for sections 22(1)(b) and 28(b)

A fee of $200 is prescribed for each of — 

(a)section 22(1)(b); and

(b)section 28(b),

of the Act.
