Health (Rottnest Island) Amendment Local Laws 2024

Made by the Chief Health Officer.

1.Citation

These local laws are the Health (Rottnest Island) Amendment Local Laws 2024.

2.Commencement

These local laws come into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which these local laws are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the local laws — on 4 June 2024.

3.Health (Rottnest Island) By‑laws 1989 amended

These local laws amend the Health (Rottnest Island) By‑laws 1989.

4.By‑law 4 deleted

Delete by‑law 4.
