Part 1 — Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (e‑waste) Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 (other than regulations 3 to 7) — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.

[Parts 2-4 have not come into operation.]

[Schedule 1 has not come into operation.]
