Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 3) 2003
No. 26 of 2003
An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund —
• a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2000 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1999;
• a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2001 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2000; and
• a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2002 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2001.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 3) 2003.
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
3.
(1) The sum of $129 131 221.79 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1999 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
(2) The sum of $346 593 096.73 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2000 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 2.
(3) The sum of $223 119 996.57 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 2001 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 3.
