Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 3) 2006

No. 38 of 2006

An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund —

•     a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2003 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2002;

•     a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2004 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2003; and

•     a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2005 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2004.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.           Short title

             This is the Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 3) 2006.

2.           Commencement

             This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3.           Appropriation for recurrent services and purposes

     (1)    The sum of $159 187 516.82 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2002 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.

     (2)    The sum of $146 527 783.50 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2003 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 2.

     (3)    The sum of $492 858 461.52 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2004 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 3.
